Salesforce SOX/SOD Analyst (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze Salesforce configurations and user access to identify potential SOX and SOD risks.

- Document and maintain SOX and SOD control procedures.

- Perform regular reviews of user access rights and permissions.

- Identify and resolve SOD conflicts and recommend remediation actions.

- Assist with the preparation of SOX documentation and audit evidence.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and anomalies.

- Prepare reports on SOX and SOD compliance status.

- Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of controls.

- Perform control testing to validate the effectiveness of controls.

- Identify control gaps and recommend remediation actions.

- Work with IT teams to implement necessary changes.

- Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand business processes and system requirements.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Provide guidance and training on SOX and SOD compliance.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a focus on SOX and SOD compliance.

- Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable.

- In-depth knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act and Segregation of Duties requirements and their application to Salesforce environments.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security controls, data governance, and audit trails.

- Experience in identifying and resolving SOD conflicts in user roles.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
