Role & responsibilities

Extract, transform, and load (ETL) taxation-related data from multiple sources.

Work with structured and unstructured financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Develop and optimize SQL queries for data processing and reporting using Cygnet Platform with the help of expression builder.

Perform data cleansing, normalization, and validation to maintain high data quality within Cygnet Platform.

Automate data workflows using Cygnet ETL tools.

Collaborate with taxation experts to understand data needs and improve data-driven decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

01 year of experience in ETL, data analysis, or related fields.

Conceptual Knowledge and hands-on in SQL and experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.

Understanding of ETL concepts and hands-on experience with tools in atleast 1 of the ETL tool (Talend, Apache Nifi, SSIS, or Python-based ETL frameworks or similar)

Basic programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data analysis.

Good to have skills related to data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Interest in taxation and financial data processing is a big plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or project experience in data analytics or ETL.

Knowledge of taxation-related data structures and compliance requirements in India.

Good to have basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for data processing.
