Looking for Team Leader / Assistant Manager for international process(Technical Support)

Project :- Technical customer support

Salary :- Up to 6 to 7 LPA

Location :- NSEZ sector 81 Noida

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of BPO professionals in an international setting Set and achieve team targets and KPIs.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement
• Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance team productivity.
• Engaged in managing the AHT as per the standard Sop

Preferred candidate profile:

• Should have experience as a lead in international process related to technical queries.
• Only male candidate is required .
• Immediate Joiner.
• Should be flexible to work in 24*7 shift timing.
