Job description:-

• Candidate should have worked in BPO Company as MIS.
• Should have worked in AHT Report, APR report.
• Candidate should know Shrinkage & Attrition formula in BPO, Manpower calculation, repeat and hourly calculation.
• Preparation of MIS reports on Daily/Weekly & Monthly basis
• Work on Macro, generate reports, should know VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, advance excel, if condition formula
• 6 Days working
• Work from office profile.
• Experience- Minimum 3 Yrs
• Salary- 25K In-hand

Required Candidate profile: -

• Good Communication skills.
• Candidate should be sincere, stable candidate is preferred.
• Well versed with Excel & Macro.
• BPO experience is mandatory.
• Candidates only from nearby locations.
