Customer Care Executive

Role & responsibilities -

• Customer Support: Handle inbound calls, to provide assistance to customers, resolve queries, and offer solutions based on company policies.
• Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns with professionalism and empathy while ensuring accurate and timely responses to queries.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the companys products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and troubleshooting advice.
• Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions and maintain records of complaints, feedback, or issues.
• Upsell/Cross-sell: Promote products or services when applicable during customer interactions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and escalate complex issues to senior staff as needed.
• Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution rates.
• Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from customers and share it with the management team for service improvement.
