  • Customer relationship building:Establishing positive rapport with customers, building trust, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Order processing:Processing customer orders, including verifying information and updating systems.
  • Product knowledge:Staying updated on product features, pricing, and policies to accurately answer customer questions.
  • Escalation management:Identifying complex issues that require further assistance from other departments and escalating appropriately.
