Job Title: MIS Executive (Power BI Specialist)
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled MIS Executive with expertise in Power BI to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting business data through dynamic reports and dashboards using Power BI. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to work cross-functionally with different departments to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide business insights to key stakeholders.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain data from various sources (sales, finance, operations, etc.) and ensure its accuracy and consistency.
• Perform data analysis and generate actionable insights to support business decisions and operations.
• Collaborate with different departments (Sales, Finance, Operations, etc.) to understand their reporting needs and create customized reports.
• Automate data reporting processes and optimize report generation.
• Ensure data integrity by performing routine checks and updates in the Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Interpret data trends, anomalies, and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize processes.
• Provide training and support to team members on using Power BI tools and interpreting reports.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the performance of existing reports and dashboards.
• Assist in ad-hoc data analysis requests from senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Graduate (preferably in Commerce, IT, or related fields).
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in MIS and Power BI report/dashboard development.
• Proficiency in Power BI (Data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and visualization).
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of business data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills to present data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
