Job Summary:

As an MIS Executive, you will play a key role in managing and analyzing company data to ensure effective reporting and business decision-making. You will be responsible for designing and implementing MIS systems, generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and supporting various departments with critical data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain data across various departments and systems.
• Report Generation: Prepare and present accurate, timely, and detailed MIS reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) for senior management and stakeholders.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data trends and patterns, provide actionable insights, and identify areas of improvement.
• System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain MIS systems to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve data collection and reporting efficiency.
• Coordination: Collaborate with different departments (Sales, Operations, Finance) to fulfill their reporting requirements and address data-related issues.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Diploma Mechanical, BE Mechanical, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience: 3-8 years of relevant experience in MIS or data analysis.
• Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), ERP systems.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple reporting timelines.
