Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented IT Recruitment Specialist with a focus on Infrastructure, Cloud Technologies, Software Development, and Data Center hiring. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sourcing top-tier talent for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless process and timely delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand recruitment needs and align strategies with organizational goals.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize diverse sourcing methods including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and direct outreach to identify high-quality candidates for technical roles.
• Job Description Management: Write clear, concise, and effective job descriptions tailored to meet the specific needs of the business and post on appropriate platforms.
• Screening & Evaluation: Assess candidates for technical expertise, qualifications, and cultural fit through a structured interview process.
• Interview Coordination: Organize and facilitate interview processes, including telephonic, video, or in-person interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Offer Management: Extend job offers and manage all documentation necessary to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
• Reporting & Metrics: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment performance and metrics, providing insights into sourcing effectiveness, candidate pipeline, and hiring progress.
• Database & Tracker Management: Keep recruitment trackers and candidate databases up to date to ensure a streamlined recruitment process.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelors in IT, Business, HR, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of experience in IT recruitment, particularly for roles related to Cloud Technologies, Networking, Data Center, Software Development, and IT Infrastructure. Specific expertise in recruiting for roles such as Cloud Architect, Solution Architect, Presales, Project Manager, and IT Infra technologies is essential.
• Technical Expertise: Strong technical understanding of Cloud platforms, Data Center Solutions, Networking, and relevant IT products and services.
• Recruitment Skills: Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for technical positions, with a strong understanding of sourcing platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals).
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Immediate Availability: We are looking for candidates who can join immediately.
