Role Description :

- Profitable center management: Accountable for driving the sales revenue generating activities which lead to cash inflows and at the same time controlling the cost-generating activities.

- Course Delivery: Ensuring delivery of the curriculum effectively, ensuring education quality.

- Curriculum Development: Participating in the development and enhancement of the curriculum, aligning it with industry trends and academic standards.

- Student Evaluation: Assessing students' performance through assignments, projects, quizzes, exams, and providing constructive feedback for their overall growth.

- Mentoring and Guidance: Mentoring students in their academic and personal development, encouraging research, and guiding them in their career aspirations.

- Academic Administration: Assisting in administrative tasks, including academic planning, scheduling, and organizing academic events.

- Collaborations: Collaborating with the IT Companies for Guest Lectures and student's placement opportunities.

- Stay Updated: Keeping abreast of the latest developments in the field of IT and integrating them into the teaching methodology.

- Academic Support: Providing support and guidance to students.

Qualifications :

- A Master's degree or higher in Education, with a specialization in Edtech or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of designing and developing academic programs and curriculam.

- In-depth knowledge of current trends and best practices in Edtech.

- Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring faculty members.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
