• Source top talent through various channels such as Dice, CareerBuilder, Direct Client, and W2.
  
• Manage full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-7 years of experience in US IT staffing or recruitment industry.
  
• Strong understanding of US market trends and regulations (W2).
