Cyberproof is looking for an Integration Support Engineer as part of its Cloud Operations Department.
Job Summary:.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Integration Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience.
The role involves ensuring seamless integration operations across platforms, assisting in incident resolution, supporting testing activities, and maintaining dashboards and documentation.
This position requires close collaboration with Customer Support, QA/Dev, and Automation teams to uphold system stability and operational excellence.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3-6 years' experience in an Integration/Support Engineering role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with ticket management systems like Jira.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation using Confluence.
- Basic understanding of Bitbucket and configuration management.
- Hands-on experience with integration tools such as StackStorm.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana and Power BI.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs for integration and testing (preferred).
- Working knowledge of Python (preferred).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate effectively across teams.
- Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps and API management (preferred).
- Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Key Responsibilities :
- Integration Support : Perform installation, deployment, and troubleshooting of integrations.
- On-Call Support : Participate in on-call rotations to address urgent integration issues, minimizing operational disruptions.
- Incident Triage and Support : Investigate and triage incoming incidents, escalating them to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Monitoring and Dashboard Management : Configure and maintain dashboards to monitor integration health, focusing on issues like exceptions and secret expirations.
- Collaboration with QA/Dev Teams : Assist QA and development teams in testing new integration versions and resolving bug fixes.
- Defect Identification and Reporting : Investigate tickets, identify platform or integration defects, and log them in tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Knowledge Management : Develop and maintain Confluence documentation for known issues, tasks, and standard operating procedures.
- Environment Configuration Alignment : Ensure code repository configurations align with production environments to support stable integration delivery.
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have) :
- Previous experience with cybersecurity platforms or similar systems.
- Knowledge of automation tools and workflows.
- Familiarity with incident triage and management in high-pressure environments.
