Bid Life Cycle Management:
- Drive the entire bid life cycle, from Go/No-Go decisions to contract finalization, with a focus on maintaining a high win ratio.
- Develop a clear win strategy in collaboration with the Sales Lead, ensuring win themes are compelling and align with client needs.
- Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs thoroughly to understand requirements and liaise with stakeholders for a solid response.
Planning and Coordination:
- Create bid planning trackers, schedules, and define roles and responsibilities for team members.
- Organize and lead bid kick-off calls, track progress, follow up with contributors, and resolve issues promptly.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the entire RFP lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Pre-sales Architects, Solution Architects, Customer Engineering, Legal, Finance, Delivery, Information Security, HR, and IT to develop comprehensive proposals.
- Work with partner ecosystems to gather required responses, solutions, and pricing options for proposal development.
- Ensure all proposal documents align with RFP requirements, maintain organizational standards, and meet submission deadlines.
