- Inquiry understanding from Sales person.
- Layout/GA preparation with 2D 3D CAD software.
- Knowledge of 2D CAD Solid Edge software is must.
- Knowledge of bought-out components their significance is a must.
- Data collection of historical projects from ERP system. Verification from respective project/design person.
- Interaction with the project person to verify technical commercial aspects of the requirement, if it is a new/repeat inquiry.
- Interaction with the design department and verification of the parameters suggested to the client prior to submitting the quote.
- Overall experience in offering customized solutions to the following Industries:
- Automotive
- Packaging
- Food
- Chemical
- Other
- Automotive

- Knowledge of the following is a must:
- For Robotic Automation Draftsman:
- Robots
- Various types of conveyors, grippers, pneumatic vacuum systems
- Processes like palletizers, case packers, pick place system
- For Process Automation Draftsman:
- PFD/PID
- Big-bag unloading, Tipping station, Screw conveyor, Pneumatic Powder transfer system, Silos, Blenders, IBC, Size Reduction mills various types of Valves
