- Requirements. Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a hostel or educational institution.
- Strong understanding of cleaning products, techniques, and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
