Margin Trading Facility Specialist

Position Overview.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Margin Trading Facility Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our margin trading facility, ensuring compliance withregulatory requirements, and providing support to traders utilizing margin accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, risk management, and margin trading operations.
Key Responsibilities.
Margin Trading Facility Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the margin trading facility.
Monitor margin levels, collateral, and risk exposure to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Implement and maintain risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses.
Client Support: Provide assistance to clients regarding margin trading inquiries, account maintenance, and margin requirements.
Educate clients on the risks and benefits of margin trading, ensuring a clear understanding of the associated terms and conditions.
Risk Analysis and Reporting: Conduct regular risk assessments and analysis of margin portfolios.
Generate reports on key risk indicators, exposure limits, and margin utilization for management review.
Collaborate with risk management teams to enhance risk assessment models and methodologies.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant financial regulations and ensure the margin trading facility operates in accordance with applicable laws.
Work closely with compliance teams to implement and enforce policies related to margin trading activities.
Margin Call Management: Develop and implement procedures for margin calls, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
Monitor and manage the resolution of margin calls, collaborating with trading and risk teams as needed.
Technology Integration: Collaborate with technology teams to enhance and optimize margin trading systems.
Participate in the testing and implementation of new trading platforms and tools.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients on margin trading best practices, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications.
Bachelor& degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e g, CFA, FRM) is a plus.
Proven experience in margin trading operations, risk management, and financial markets.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of relevant financial regulations and industry best practices.
Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions in a fast-paced.
environment.
