Housekeeping Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  
• Manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance on tasks, schedules, and quality standards.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Develop and maintain effective cleaning protocols, procedures, and inventory management systems.
  
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., front desk, maintenance) to resolve issues promptly.
