Experienced Travel Consultant / Holiday Planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Design personalized holiday packages that align with clients' needs and budgets.
• Provide prompt and accurate customer service for inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Consult with clients to ensure satisfaction with their travel plans and package options.
• Manage online reservation systems efficiently.
• Develop seasonal travel packages based on market trends and promotional offers.
• Stay informed on industry trends and travel regulations to offer knowledgeable advice.
• Assist clients during their travels by resolving issues and offering travel guidance.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and travel partners.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to company goals.
• Assist with international visa processing by guiding clients through the necessary steps and documentation for their travel destinations.
• Ensure smooth visa application procedures, including gathering required documents, submitting applications, and tracking their progress.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to manage complex travel arrangements and create customized itineraries.
• Capability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems.
• Up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, restrictions, and regulations in the region.
• Must have experience with at least one Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Amadeus or Galileo.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in holiday/travel planning for both FIT and GIT.
• Ability to meet monthly targets during a 6-month probation period.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.

Compensation:

• Salary starts from INR 35,000
• Accommodation provided
• Performance allowances
