We are seeking an experienced Manager for our Training Department with a proven background in training and development, preferably within the steel industry. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs aimed at improving employee skills, productivity, and safety. Key Responsibilities. Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities. Design and develop engaging curriculum and training materials tailored to the technical needs of the steel manufacturing industry. Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with organizational goals and operational requirements. Coordinate and manage the delivery of training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization. Stay updated on industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements to ensure relevant and effective training content. Qualifications. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. A specialization in technical training or industrial management is a plus. 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in the steel industry or a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of technical training relevant to steel manufacturing processes and safety standards. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven organizational and leadership capabilities with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously. Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools. Preferred Skills. Certification in Training and Development (e g, CPTD, ATD) is advantageous.
