Senior Salesforce App Developer

You Will: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, process builder, and other Salesforce administration tasks.
Design and implement Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Develop and maintain managed packages for distribution on the Salesforce AppExchange.
Participate in code reviews and ensure the adherence to best practices for Salesforce development.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, quality assurance, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Heres What You Need: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Having experience of Managed Package Development is plus.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its declarative capabilities.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.
In-depth understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II, are highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills (English - written and spoken).
