• Handle client queries through chat and email. Good typing speed required
• Adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLAs) / Schedule Adherence
• Address customer complaints in a timely, compassionate and patient manner
• Collaborate with appropriate teams/departments to ensure query resolution and customer satisfaction
• Create customer satisfaction and delight by solving product related queries timely

Skill Sets Required

• Graduates with exp. in Client Servicing or Call Center looking for a taste of corporate experience are encouraged to apply.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Ready to take challenges / initiatives.
• Good interpersonal skills
