Customer Support Executive - AdBlue Business

Role & responsibilities

CSE is expected to perform mainly following

1. Customer code creation
2. Coordination with customer for orders and updating supply status.
3. Payment receipt confirmation and payment follow-ups.
4. Coordination with Kharadpada plant and third party AdBlue manufacturing plants for timely supplies
5. Coordination with purchase team to raise purchase orders on third party AdBlue manufacturer.
6. Ensure smooth documentation for Bill to Ship to supplies.
7. Coordination with SCM for PM supplies for third party locations
8. Sales order and invoice/ e-waybill generation.
9. Coordination for timely dispatches and keeping customer informed about the supply status.
