• Managing complete business operations with accountability to drive volumes: forecasting, monthly/quarterly/annual Sales targets & executing them within given period by organized planning.
• Provide technical assistance to customers and market feedback; including key accounts activities such as trials, new product requirements, competition benchmarking, price increases etc.
• Develop new business by means of strong and robust prospect pipeline management, aggressive technical sales visits and presentations to target accounts.
• Responsible to identify channel gaps and identify new potential and sustainable distributors and appointing them to fulfil the gap to achieve the distribution volume target.
• Responsible to lead and drive and regularly review a team of Distributors Sales Representatives (DSR) in the defined geography.
• Responsible for developing technical and sales competency of DSRs.
• Develop the annual territory plan for each account and each distributor in the territory, which is in line with the overall business performance strategy of the territory.
• Deliver financial performance targets for the accounts within territory including volumes, Gross Margins.
• Responsible for timely payment collection for customers and distributors as per agreed terms and ensuring nil overdue with no deviations.
