Roles and Responsibilities
- Calling Leads generated to note down Exact Inquiry.
- Preparing Quotation & Proforma Invoice in Excel Software.
- Submitting the PDF Quotation to Prospects on Mail & Whatsapp.
- Tallying up Ledgers for any balances and taking payments.
- Coordinating with transporters for placement of trucks.
- Scheduling Dispatch and ensuring delivery.
- E-Invoicing in Tally ERP Software including both Tax Invoice and E Waybill.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 Years Experience in the field of Sales & Marketing.
- Proficient in Hindi & English.
- Can work properly on Excel, Word, Mail, Whatsapp & Tally ERP.
