Role & responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with service-related questions, technical support, and troubleshooting.
• Provide accurate, timely, and complete information to customers by utilizing the knowledge base and other resources.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on service knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
• Participate in training sessions to improve customer service skills and stay informed about new products and services.
