The Opportunity

As a Customer Solutions Engineer Intern, you ll be the vital link between our valued customers and our cutting-edge products. You ll delve into customer requirements and challenges, equipped with a deep understanding of our software offerings, to propose solutions through various communication channels, such as email, telephone, live chat, and in-person interactions.In this role, you will be the face of our product, an educator, and a customer advocate. You ll have the chance to provide consultations, host webinars, and even create informative articles about product usage. As the initial point of contact for our products, you will be the voice of the customer within our organization, representing our solutions in the best possible way to build brand loyalty and customer retention.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Sapaad s software products.
  • Engage with our users through phone and email to understand their issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Take ownership of user issues by raising tickets and coordinating with our engineering teams to provide detailed reports on issues and root causes.
  • Respond to user issues with clear, concise, and professional written language, maintaining grammatical correctness.
  • Participate in customer training and education programs to guide users on optimizing software usage.
  • Assist in onboarding and deploying the software at customer businesses.
  • Provide remote and on-site support as needed, escalating issues to the development team and ensuring their resolution.
  • Strive to make our users happy and transform them into brand ambassadors.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Preferably candidates who are graduating or have graduated with a degree in Engineering or Information Technology.
  • Proficient English communication skills, with knowledge of an additional language considered advantageous.
  • Proficiency in understanding technical terms with ease and the ability to explain them to non-technical users is essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities, as you ll serve as the initial face of our company.
  • Persistence, patience, and empathy to effectively address user issues.
  • Commitment and accessibility, demonstrating a dedication to consistently being available for our users.
