Inviting applications for Freshers for Customer Service: Voice Roles (English+Hindi) || Hyderabad

Languages known: English+Hindi

Location: Hyderabad (Work from office)

Shifts: Flexible with any shift

Responsibilities

Customer Service: Voice

• Respond to customer queries and customers concern
• Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
• Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

• Graduate (Any Discipline except law)
• Freshers are eligible
• Candidates with previous exp. in voice process (1-3 years) are also eligible
• Candidate should be able to speak/read/comprehend both Hindi+English languages.

Preferred qualifications

• Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
• Analytical skills with customer centric approach
• You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
