Customer Service Executive

Customer Service and Sales Role:

Role & responsibilities -Coordinate with customers who have purchased our credit cards and ask them to pay the outstanding amount in EMI.

• Outbound voice process
• Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain conversations with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Preferred candidate profile Graduates with excellent communication skills
