Purpose and Role Brief

Overseeing the day-to-day administrative tasks and to focus on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring service delivery, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Develop long-term relationships with key customers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Keep customers informed about new products, services, or updates.
• Communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders for process improvements.
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Analyze recurring issues and work with teams to find long-term solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions.
• Contribute to the development of customer-centric strategies and policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors strategies to enhance customer engagement.
• Ensure all safety guidelines/requirements are met by team members/vendors.
• Ensure submission of DMR.
• Ensure Submission of MMR by 10th of every month.
• Ensure all services are performed as per Standard Operating Procedure
• Processes invoices for management approval pertaining to facility management services
