We are hiring a Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for working
with stakeholders across departments to analyse business needs, develop requirements, and
recommend solutions that align with our business goals. and is adept at working with data and business

Responsibilities and Duties
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, ensure
clear understanding on BI project objectives.
• Analyze business processes and clients data to identify areas for improvement, efficiency and
optimization.
• Create detailed business requirement document and system requirement document and to take
sign off from client to start the work.
• Work closely with data teams to create data models which will get supported by BI tools like
Tableau and Power BI.
• Create wireframes for Dashboards and present it to internal stakeholders and Clients.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to provide insights, identify trends and support data driven decision
making to client and internal stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: participate in testing phase and get the testing done, validate the issues and
get it resolved through Data analyst and BI analyst.
• Act as a liaison between Business stakeholders-clients and technical team, ensuring clear and
effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist the Data and BI teams in managing the changes asked by client and updating the
documents for same.
Qualifications & Skills Required
• Masters / Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Experience: 5-6 years • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Visualization tools like Tableau & Power BI.
• Certification On Tableau, Power Bi or Analytics field is preferable.
