Job Description
- Strong network with corporates, real estate developer community in Hyderabad as well as Pan India
- Must possess strong research, quantitative, analytical, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated working experience in two or more of the following streams: strategic advisory, market studies/benchmarking, business strategy ; planning, project conceptualization development mix assessment, market entry, growth strategies, performance enhancement, DPR/ feasibility assessment, highest and best use studies, bid price assessment, etc.
- Working knowledge of real estate financial modelling for valuations (DCF, Cost based, Asset Based, etc.) and financial statement preparation/analysis for development consulting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in real estate consulting valuations, having experience in managing mentoring a team
- Demonstrated ability of having presented reports/concepts to client and senior management.
- Demonstrated experience of managing a team of inter-disciplinary individuals
- Self-driven individual with execution client query handling responsibilities
