Job Description

Job Opening: Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS-MEP) in Real Estate

Location: Odisha

Salary: Competitive + Bachelor accommodation provided

We are looking for an experienced Senior QS with expertise in high-rise residential buildings to join our team.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

1. Qualification: BE/B-Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

2. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in QS within the real estate sector, specifically in senior positions.

3. Project Experience: Must have completed at least 3-4 high-rise residential buildings (G+18 floors or above) from start to finish.

4. Skills:

- Proactive and fluent in English & Hindi.

- Strong knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.

- Expertise in rate analysis, quantity take-off from AutoCAD drawings, budgeting, rate finalization for extra items, and value engineering.

- Experience in RA/Final bill checking for contractors.

5. Technical Knowledge: Must be familiar with relevant IS Codes.
