Currie & Brown is looking for a Senior Planner with hospitality experience in NEOM, KSA. Roles at this level will be part of the project management team and lead the planning function across one or multiple projects.
What will you be doing?
Develop and manage the master programme for the project
Ongoing monitoring and reporting of all programme-related activities
Proactive management of contractor s programmes
Detailed reviews of contractor programmes
Monitoring the planning and project controls works for conformance with project procedures
Develop and monitor the permitting and authority approvals process for the project
Prepare baseline programmes
Prepare monthly reports and recovery plans (when applicable)
Preparing and finalizing weekly progress report submissions and weekly quantity reports
Provide the Project Manager with weekly progress updates, forecast completions, together with critical path and trend analyses
Consistent assessment of the impact of approved changes and any deviations from the key project targets and milestones, including productivity monitoring and what if scenarios to aid project management decision-making
Work collaboratively with the Project Manager, Engineer and Contractor in resolving any and all project schedule issues
Review and analyze contractors claims and prepare recommendations reports
What do you need?
12+ years relevant experience
BSc in civil engineering or equivalent engineering degree
Must have considerable pre-contract and post-contract experience on major projects
Strong experience of large buildings projects
Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills
Primavera certification and working experience
Experience with 4D BIM
