Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering or a relevant STEM field is required. A Master s degree may be preferred for specific roles.

Skills:

Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with CFD tools like Converge, Star-CCM+, and Ansys Fluent is preferred.
Analytical Skills:
- Proficient in using statistical methods and technical data analysis to inform decisions.
Documentation:
- Strong skills in technical writing and documentation for effective knowledge sharing.
Software Proficiency:
- Knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred; experience with Cummins-specific tools (e.g., CDAT, Calterm) is a plus.
