Qualifications

Education : Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years in automotive cybersecurity or embedded systems security, preferably with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.

Key Technical Skills

Strong understanding of automotive domain security concepts, end-to-end workflows, and communication protocols (UDS/CAN, J1939, LIN, Ethernet).
Proficiency in embedded systems programming (C/C++, Python) and knowledge of cryptographic algorithms and protocols.
Familiarity with ISO 21434, AIS 189, and AIS 190 standards, as well as vulnerability testing and static code analysis.
Experience with automotive security testing, including intrusion and tamper detection mechanisms, and embedded system implementations in ECM development.
Basic understanding of cloud services, API security, and vehicle control module interactions for secure data handshakes.
Knowledge of the "V" model and sprint work models, along with familiarity with ISO 26262.
