Cuculus - Head - Technical Department (15-20 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the HES, MDM, DCMS, and Business & Operations Processes, while managing large-scale RDSS projects. The role will involve handling use cases related to SBD (Smart Billing Data) and requires an individual with extensive experience in leading and managing technical teams, alongside a deep understanding of utility domain systems.

Experience : 15 - 20 years

Role & Responsibilities:

Design, Build, and Configure Applications: Develop and configure solutions to meet business process and application requirements using HES, MDM, Prepaid, and Billing Systems.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design scalable, efficient solutions.

Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for integration processes.

System Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration between Meter to HES, HES to MDM, MDM to other systems, and Prepaid and Billing Systems.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed using HES, MDM, Prepaid, and Billing systems.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and alignment of solutions with business objectives.

Team Guidance: Lead development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in system design, architecture, and implementation.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills :

- Extensive experience in Meter to HES, HES to MDM, MDM to Other Systems, and Prepaid and Billing System Integrations.

- Strong knowledge of Head-End Systems (HES), Meter Data Management (MDM), and Prepaid and Billing Systems.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale integrations within the utilities domain.

- In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

- Expertise in developing and maintaining technical documentation.

- Significant experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support for HES, MDM, Prepaid, and Billing applications.

Metering Standards :

- Deep understanding of IS-Standards and required IEC-Standards for metering.

Network Communication :

- Knowledge of network protocols like TCP/IP, UDP, and potentially serial communication.

Qualifications :

- 15 to 20 years of experience in relevant technical roles within the utilities domain.

- Proven ability to lead and manage a technical team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and teams.

- Expertise in the integration and troubleshooting of complex system landscapes.
