As our new Office 365 SharePoint Administrator (m/f/d), you will enhance our internal processes, lead data migration from Atlassian products to SharePoint, and ensure our Office 365 environment runs smoothly. - Lead the migration from Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira, etc.) to SharePoint.
- Optimize SharePoint for company-wide collaboration and document management.
- Ensure ISO-compliant processes, including document versioning and workflows.
- Administer SharePoint (On-Premise Online) and Office 365 environments.
- Set up and manage workflows, permissions, and security settings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and provide training materials.
- Integrate Microsoft ecosystem tools (e.g., Teams, Power Automate) for automation.
- Experience Expertise : Strong background in SharePoint and Office 365 administration.
- Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to conceptualize and optimize workflows.
- Communication Training : Able to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users.
- Technical AI Affinity : Interest in AI tools and workflow automation is a plus.
- ISO Compliance Knowledge : Familiarity with ISO standards for documentation and workflows.
- Languages : Business fluency in English (C1 level).
