Cubix Digital is a luxury retail focus digital agency serving clients across UK and Europe. We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our e-commerce support team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion for luxury jewellery and e-commerce.

Job Description:

As an E-commerce Support Executive, you will be responsible for driving online sales, managing customer queries, helping us deliver seamless online shopping experience for our customers.

You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of service and providing exceptional support on different medium including Live Chat, Whatsapp Business and Web Enquiry forms along with any owned media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage sales through our our e-commerce platforms and ERP Systems, ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to customer queries via chat / email, providing product details, answering questions, and offering personalised recommendations.
• Assist in promoting products and special offers through effective communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Merchandising and Sales team to report issues

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in jewellery sales, preferably in an e-commerce organisation.
• Strong proficiency in Written English (must be able to communicate fluently and professionally)
• Ability to work the evening shift from 5:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM IST (There will be strict monitoring of whether the person is online or not)
• Mumbai-based candidates are preferred, but we will consider individuals who have a family base in Mumbai and can travel for training and collaboration as needed.
• Willingness to complete a one-week in-person training at our office in Dadar, Mumbai, after which the role will be remote.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience with e-commerce platforms or online sales is a plus.
• A keen interest in the luxury jewellery industry with a good understanding of UK / Europe market is a plus.
