As a Community Manager , you will serve as the key liaison between Ctruh Technologies and our community of 3D artists, helping to grow and engage users on our platform. You will be responsible for moderating and managing the community across multiple platforms, driving engagement through content and events, and providing feedback from the community to the internal teams. Your focus will be on building a strong community of 3D artists, supporting their needs, and encouraging them to showcase their talents through our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement : Foster strong relationships with our 3D artist community on platforms like Telegram, WhatsApp, and within our own platform. Ensure that community members are supported, motivated, and actively participating.
Content Creation Curation : Develop and share engaging content (posts, guides, tutorials, webinars) that resonates with our community, helping to improve user engagement and knowledge.
Community Growth : Implement strategies to attract new community members, especially students, and encourage them to upload their templates, showcase their skills, and participate in platform events.
Moderation Support : Monitor and moderate conversations, answer questions, and resolve issues to maintain a positive, productive, and respectful community environment.
Event Management : Organise online/offline events, challenges, webinars, and meet-ups to foster deeper community engagement and create opportunities for networking and collaboration.
Feedback Loop : Act as a bridge between the community and internal teams, gathering valuable insights, feedback, and suggestions to improve our platform and user experience.
Trend Analysis : Keep track of industry trends, best practices in community management, and emerging technologies in 3D art, ensuring Ctruh stays ahead of the curve.
Requirements
Experience : Minimum 3 or 3+ years in community management, social media management, or digital marketing.
Community Platforms : Knowledge and experience in managing communities on platforms such as Telegram and WhatsApp .
Student Community Experience : Experience managing or engaging with student communities, particularly those in creative or technical fields.
3D Art Enthusiast : Familiarity with the 3D art space, understanding the needs and challenges of 3D artists, is highly preferred.
Content Skills : Strong content creation and curation abilities, with an eye for what resonates with the community.
Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact and engage with different audiences.
Analytical Mindset : Ability to analyze community metrics and data to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
Education : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
