Job Shift: 12 PM - 9 PM / 9 PM - 6 AM (Rotational Shifts)

Job Profile:

• At least 3 - 4 years of experience in IT Operations Management/Support and Application Life cycle/management.
• Experienced in Release, Change & Incident Management.
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITOM best practices - any ITIL certification will be a big plus.
• Knowledge of .Net, SQL, Mongo DB (Good to have), html, JavaScript/ReactJS, XML, Json.
• Exposure on Windows & Linux Server Environments.
• Knowledge on DevOps & AWS/Any Cloud platform will be a big plus.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery.
• Good exposure to Jira/Service Now or any ITSM Ticketing tools.
• Proficiency in written/spoken English and strong analytical capabilities.
• Any prior exposure to financial services domain will be big a plus.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Follows escalation procedures, when appropriate, to resolve incidents, problems or known errors in a timely manner.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and tools like Shell Script, PowerShell, and Cypress is highly beneficial as it enables the automation of manual tasks.

Preferred qualification

• University degree in Comp. Science Engineering or any other core engineering.
• 3+ years overall IT experience
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of team.
• Need to be flexible to work in shifts as per business requirement.
• Ability to work with minimum guidance.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in an ambiguous environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
