Job Description:

The Payment team is responsible for the end-to-end payment process, ensuring that transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Your role is vital in maintaining compliance and supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experience in managing payment processing.
• Strong understanding and experience of SWIFT.
• Good understanding and experience of sanctions, clearing, and FX for payments.
• Experience in liquidity management.
• Strong knowledge and experience of MT103, MT101, and statement handling.
• Familiarity with SWIFT GPI or any banking channels will be an added advantage.
• Preparing and reviewing payments for accuracy and timely delivery.
• Performing client administration duties, including maintaining statutory or regulatory databases and identifying process improvements.

Your Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any field.
• 9 - 11 years of experience in Financial Services/Capital Markets Industry, with a minimum of 8+ years in the payment domain.
• 3 - 4 years of supervisory/people management experience (on paper).
• Experience working across country lines and in a multinational, matrix-structured organization.
• Demonstrated achievements in organizational change activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in global shifts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and strong problem-solving ability.
