Implementation Engineer- Payment

Role & responsibilities

• Installation of software in-house/customer premises in different environments like QA, Production, etc.
• Support in Dev/QA/UAT Testing and documentation of results.
• Analysis of software bugs and new requirements and channelize to the respective team either for further development or action.
• Regular health check of software and active support as and when required.
• Internal/external Client Training.
• Some extended hours and weekend work required based on project requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Maintain up to date product knowledge and awareness of new features.
• In depth knowledge on Payments industries.
• Opportunity to work with major payment network processors.
• Database (Oracle and MySQL) hands-on experience.
• Linux/UNIX experience (Shell scripting / any other scripting).
• Knowledge on tools like GIT, Graylog, Grafana, Icinga, Postman, JMeter, monitoring tools (ELK stack), etc.
• Experience with ISO 8583, ISO 20022, ATM, POS, Ecom, etc.
• Payments Industry experience (Card, Real Time Payments, etc)
