Sr. Sales Manager

Function: Sales / Business Development

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales targets by acquiring new logos and nurture customer relationships into high value engagements.
• Spearhead sales of technology services in product engineering and staff augmentation model including backend, frontend, quality engineering, Cloud & DevOps, UX led engineering for USA.
• Work as an individual contributor in deal closure and move to the leadership role with organic growth.
• Act and work as a consultant for prospective clients questioning as well suggesting innovative solutions to their needs.
• Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM System.

Requirements:

• Should have at least 6-10 years of experience in selling technology offerings to technology buyers such as CXOs, VP Engineering etc.
• Should have selling experience in the USA.
• Should be well versed with technology landscape including backend, frontend, quality engineering, Cloud & DevOps, UX led engineering for USA.
• Should have a strong track record in acquiring new customer logos in the USA.
• Should keep himself/herself abreast of latest technology and business trends in organizational focus areas.
• Should be a passionate hunter motivated to close big ticket deals by managing a complex sales process that requires mapping all stakeholders.
