Crown Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a go-getter attitude. This role involves cold calling potential clients, understanding their needs, and closing sales to achieve targets.


Key Performance Objectives:

  • Generate Leads independently (cold calls, appointments, referrals, web leads, branding & marketing campaigns & inter-departmental synergy leads) as applicable.
  • Target local Corporate Organizations (B2B) to sell customized solutions & services.
  • Achieve Revenue up to 1 CR plus p.a., with Gross Margin 35%.
  • Negotiate & close sales orders independently by sales presentations, RFPs (Request for Proposals), SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with customers.
  • Ensure a reliable sales pipeline using CRM for continuous & accelerated growth.

Experience:

  • 1-3 Years in B2B (Corporates only) Sales with pure hunting expertise in lead generation by cold calling, referencing, networking or any such viable methods.
  • Candidate must be familiar with our industry or similar industry i.e., logistics, transportation, supply chain management, facility management, freight, courier, warehousing, relocation & moving-packing services etc
  • Confident to communicate with Corporate Stakeholders and expertise in closing the entire Sales cycle independently.
  • Personal Vehicles will be highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent English Communication skills verbal as well as written, preferably with neutral accent (no local language accent), and grammatically correct.
  • Local Language skills are a must based on base location.
  • Achievement Orientation: As a Salesperson, driven to achieve given targets.
  • Networking Skills: ability to network well within the market by referencing, social media, LinkedIn.
  • MS-Office skills (MS-Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to present & communicate sales presentations effectively.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate the sales deals independently.
