Data Analyst

Role SummaryIn the capacity of Business Analyst, the candidate will be responsible for managing day to day reporting and drawing insights. This individual will collaborate with leadership and key decision makers supporting them with business-critical analysis and actionable insights to drive day to day and strategic decisions and prepare high-impact presentations for C-Suite consumption.  
Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.  
• Collaborate with key business unit members to leverage data to provide a steady stream of actionable insights.
• Identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend data-driven improvements.  
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to track key metrics and communicate findings.
• Build automation around business reporting, MIS wherever possible as Analytics Partner.
• Support ad hoc data and analytical needs required for decision making .
• Prepare and participate in Management and Board presentation.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, B.Tech, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.  Bachelors degree in Business Administration, B.Tech, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.  
• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking / retail sectors.  
• Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions to complex business problems.  

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (Mandatory), Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Ability to perform data processing and reporting on Excel, thorough knowledge of Pivot Tables, Data Tables, Conditional Formulas and Validation in Excel.  
• Experience with SQL, Python and DAX and M languages is a plus.
