Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and overseeing marketing initiatives in the industrial gases sector. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong sales background and deep industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and manage relationships with existing customers.
- Lead sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Oversee marketing activities, including market research, brand promotion, and lead generation.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in industrial gases or engineering goods.
