Job Description: Sr HR Recruitment & Operations
(*80*% Recruitment+20% Operation)
Location: HO- Nariman Point
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: HR Head
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Professional with over 10 years of expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Processes & Policy Implementation, HR Automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving and executing HR strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and workforce productivity. This is a leadership role where you will manage multiple HR functions while continuously innovating HR processes for improved efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality candidates.
Bulk Recruitment Execution: Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
Coordinate with HR Head to understand manpower needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Sourcing and Networking: Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, campus recruitment, and employee referrals.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet high-volume recruitment demands.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
Administer pre-employment assessments and ensure timely feedback.
Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies.
2. HR Processes & Policy Implementation
Design, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and culture. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR policies and processes and make improvements where necessary.
3. HR Automation
Lead the automation and digital transformation of HR processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventions. Automate HR tasks such as payroll, attendance tracking, leave management and more.
Ensure alignment between individual performance goals and business objectives, fostering accountability across teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in managing HR functions.
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, HR policy implementation, HR automation
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR software, HRMS systems
