Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new opportunities and nurturing relationships with schools and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, an understanding of the garment industry, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients, particularly schools and corporates, by leveraging prospecting and networking strategies.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Present and promote the companys range of garments, including school uniforms and corporate wear, to potential customers.
• Develop proposals and negotiate contracts tailored to the unique needs of schools and corporate clients.
• Monitor and achieve sales targets and quotas within defined timelines.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify market opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including production and design, to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.
• Provide regular sales activity updates and reports to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the garment or related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, particularly in B2B settings with schools or corporates.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the garment manufacturing process and client customization requirements is a plus.
