ERP Data Administrator

Order Management:

• Enter all sales, purchase, and production orders into the ERP system accurately.
• Track and update order statuses to ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Verify order details, quantities, and pricing to avoid discrepancies.

Data Management and Accuracy:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data, including product codes, vendor details, and customer information.
• Regularly audit data entries to ensure consistency and integrity.
• Update inventory levels and reconcile differences in stock records.

Production Scheduling Support:

• Collaborate with production teams to input and monitor production schedules.
• Track raw material usage and finished goods output in real-time.
• Ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) and work orders are updated.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate periodic reports on sales, inventory, production, and deliveries.
• Provide data insights to managers for planning and decision-making.
• Monitor KPIs and highlight potential bottlenecks in the process

System Maintenance and Support:

• Identify and resolve system-related issues or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with IT or ERP vendors for troubleshooting and upgrades.
• Ensure ERP workflows align with business processes and policies.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Maintain documentation of processes, approvals, and system configurations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Training and User Support:

• Train new users on ERP modules related to their roles.
• Assist employees in navigating the ERP system and resolving queries.
