Sales Executive

Salary: As per the market standard + Incentives

Location: Bangalore, Chennai

Experience: 1-3 years in real estate sales (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients to understand their property needs.

Conduct property site visits and presentations.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new developments.

Key Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Customer-focused with a passion for sales.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Graduation in any field (Real estate experience preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
